One of the biggest fears and frustrations facing chief marketing/digital officers is how to shift behaviours. Behaviours of their customers, behaviours of their peers and behaviours within the culture/leadership of the organization.
In a roundtable at MDC Partners, I had the pleasure of facilitating a CMO panel discussions. Participants included CMOs & Presidents of companies such as Google, Novartis, G Adventures, Shop.ca , Wind Mobile, Anomaly, Roma Moulding, OLG, and Palo Alto Networks.
Instead of providing meeting notes, I decided to turn the ideas & best practices discussed into questionnaire for my audience to use for them to see their own ability to cause a behaviour change, fight inertia and get engagement.
