In this 2-day program, participants will learn how to:
- Leverage crowdsourcing & other idea generation techniques to add value to your existing culture and add new & tangible ideas.
- Test ideas quickly and fail fast or succeed.
- Create partnership models that will eliminate time and cost and how do you build them.
You will participate in 4 focus groups (2 with Millennials & 2 with Ethnic Communities) and learn how your products/services/ brand can engage with them and capture their influence.
